I feel as if I was
born with a camera
in my hands.
When I was a little girl,
my dad and I would
drive around and view
the rural Kansas countryside through the lens
of our cameras.
What started as a
hobby has grown
into my life’s passion
— this is what I was
called
to do.
 
At the core of my work is light/shadows, color,
perspective + feeling.
With my camera as my instrument, I create
